1. High strength structure design
Hex Bolt Sleeve Anchor consists of hex bolt, washer, plastic ring, sleeve and cone nut. Among them, the outer hexagon bolt is divided into two types of full teeth (DIN933) and thick rod half teeth (DIN913), which can adapt to different installation requirements. Bolt strength levels include 4.8, 6.8, and 8.8, covering normal to high-load scenarios.
2. Material and corrosion resistance
The main material is carbon steel (Q195, 35), the surface is treated by blue and white zinc (BZP) or yellow zinc (YZP), with rust and corrosion resistance. Some models, such as the M10 iron expansion anchor bolt, are coated with yellow zinc for further durability.
